1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and Madrid88 (hereinafter "madrid88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the madrid88 website located at madrid88.cam and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by madrid88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

To register and maintain an Account on madrid88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement that cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of madrid88 or any affiliated company or service provider.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or had your Account suspended or terminated by madrid88 for any policy violation.
• You have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and will update such information promptly if it changes.

Madrid88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or closure and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the madrid88 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a current Malaysian mobile number, and a password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your Account access with any other person.

Madrid88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation in compliance with our international licensing obligations regarding anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

5 Deposits & Payments

Madrid88 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Madrid88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or your bank.
• Madrid88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank, eWallet provider, or card issuer may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds that remain inactive (no wager activity) for a period exceeding 180 days may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee as described in the Account Dormancy clause below.

6 Withdrawals

Verified Players may request withdrawal of eligible funds from their Account Balance at any time subject to the conditions below. Madrid88 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for standard transactions to verified accounts via DuitNow or FPX.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account or instrument in your own name that matches the name on your registered Account. Madrid88 does not process third-party withdrawals.
• Madrid88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are grounds to suspect unusual account activity.
• Any Bonus Funds or associated winnings that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request.
• In cases where fraud, collusion, technical errors, or policy breaches are suspected, madrid88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and investigate prior to releasing funds.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawal timings are dependent on network confirmation times and may take longer than standard MYR transactions.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Madrid88 offers various promotional incentives to Players including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which shall prevail over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

• Bonus offers are made available to eligible Players at madrid88's sole discretion. madrid88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using software to exploit promotional mechanics, or any form of arbitrage betting — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and winnings.
• Bonuses claimed by Players in Restricted Territories are void and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Madrid88's VIP and Loyalty Program tiers and benefits are subject to their own programme terms, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the madrid88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which Players are responsible for reviewing before placing wagers. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for non-live games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events. Madrid88 does not manipulate game results in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, the affected round or wager may be declared void and any stakes returned to the Player's Account Balance. Winnings paid on the basis of a technical error are void and may be reclaimed by madrid88.
• Madrid88 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game or betting market at any time. Games and markets may be suspended, modified, or removed without prior notice.
• For sports betting, all events are settled in accordance with madrid88's official sports betting rules. In-play bets accepted after a material event (e.g., a goal in football) that was not reflected in the odds due to a technical delay are void.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game type and per individual wager. Limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may be adjusted for high-volume players.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the madrid88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including falsifying age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or organised team play across separate Accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using the Platform while physically located in a Restricted Territory.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or madrid88 staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith to recover funds already wagered and legitimately lost.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of madrid88's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable Malaysian law and international conventions.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, madrid88 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Madrid88's total cumulative liability to any Player for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Madrid88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

13 Suspension & Termination

Madrid88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no wager activity.
• Technical or legal necessity, including compliance with court orders or regulatory directives.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon termination for cause, madrid88 may forfeit all Account Balances including pending withdrawals and any Bonus Funds. Where termination is initiated by madrid88 without cause, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements) shall be returned to the Player via their last used verified payment method within a reasonable period.

15 Amendments

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which madrid88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents madrid88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.

Malaysian players are reminded that they are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to online gambling in Malaysia.
